Works on most paints , do not wait till the paint dries.





M.E.K. is very unhealthy stuff, stay away from it.


Most likely you will not be able to buy it easily anyways.
I would first try a nonscratch scouring pad from the kitchern. If that didn't work then i would try caustics like easy off oven cleaner, it might work and not eat the vinyl. The paint store might have a product called Graphitti gone or something like it. Try these on an scrap piece of vinyl or on a place that doesn't show first. Many solvents that are stronger than paint solvent eat vinyl and most will remove any gloss. wear your rubber gloves.
Good old methyl ethyl ketone will remove it. Just don't dawdle, or splash on too much, 'cause it will attack the siding. A couple swipes with a rag ought to make a big difference. Remember to keep the cap on the MEK so it doesn't evaporate on you.
perhaps paint thinner or Oops! (paint remover and adhesive remover)
