What kind of paint can I use on vinyl shutters?

I have solid vinyl shutters that are hunter green in color. They have been up for about 12 years and the ones on the south side of the house have faded due to the sun. What kind of paint can I paint them with that will last? What kind of paint can I use on vinyl shutters?
Sherwin Williams BONDING PRIMER $25. will make sure you have strong adhesion and Sherwin Williams SUPER PAINT$20-25 will stick to them shutters for a good 15 years without fail.

Wash them down with a hose....Prime with primer..lay flat and paint to prevent runs..then re hang...Or f you want to paint them while attached..keep in mind thinner coats dry quicker than thin coats and don't run or cause drips. Good LuckWhat kind of paint can I use on vinyl shutters?
Benjamin Moore's exterior latex paint 096 soft gloss or 103 low luster.
