How does one remove paint stains from soft vinyl chairs? ?

I have a pair of turquoise vinyl kitchen chairs circa 1950. They have paint splatters which are a few years old and need removing. I need to find a cleaning method which will not harm the vinyl or strip its surface.

I would try goof off. It does no harm most surfaces but in may have a hard time removing paint that well set in. As always recommended for solvent cleaners, try it on a concealed area to be sure it does not harm the dye or surface of the vinyl
