Pretty difficult because you will be rolling them up and down. If they were going to remain flat there would be not problem as long as you started with a primer firstIs it possible to paint plain, white, vinyl roller shades without having them crack and peel?
I'm with the person that recommends Krylon paint for plastic I have used it and it creates a chemical bond actually infuses to the plastic. Go to a hardware store and ask for the product ,read the label I'm sure vinyl is one of the applications.
