Because vinyl siding expandes and contracts with the temperature changes, most paints are going to begin peeling within one or two season changes. It would be better to just pressure wash it with a good siding cleaner instead. I assume you are wanting to change the color, but it's not going to last, and will be costly and expensive to deal with down th road.
