i am trying to repaint a doll useing some stencil paint, my first one. hows long does it take to dry and do i need to put somekind of sealer on in.How long does it take for Stencil paint to dry when applied to vinyl?
Depends on how thick an application is made. If the paint is acrylic, you won't need a sealant.
