I am a painter by trade and I all ways use BEHR Premium Plus Ultra for exterior painting. It has a primer in it that will last longer than your house. Make sure you clean the surface well. I would power wash it. I would use Glidden Gripper Primer first because it will stick to the vinyl well. If you do not use the behr premium plus. The regular behr exterior paint will work very well to as long as you use the glidden primer first. If you cut corners you pay for it big time later. When using the primer put on one thin coat. That's all you need. The top coat works best with two thin coats than one thick coat. People use way to much paint. If you have any more questions I can tell you a lot more about saving time and using the right tools. mhoddy@yahoo.comI want to paint my vinyl siding and i heard to use either acrylic paint or a mix with urethane?
