Does anyone know how to paint vinyl rain gutters?

I would like to change my dark brown rain gutters to white ones but cannot afford to buy new ones. We are painting our cabin and I am wondering if we can remove the rain gutters and paint them. I don't know if this can be done or not. I can't find any info on the web about painting them. What kind of paint would you use?? Help please.Does anyone know how to paint vinyl rain gutters?

The best primer that i have used on vinyl or metal is ';Gripper';, just be sure you thoroughly clean the gutters first, but removing them could be the hard part if the straps are under the roofing material.
Just use an exterior primer first that says it will stick to vinyl. Most will, I think. Then the paint should adhere well. It may take a couple coats to cover the brown.
