How do you get black paint our of vinyl without ruining the fabric?

Its plain black wall paint, eggshell enamel, and there are smears on the white fabric. Any ideas?How do you get black paint our of vinyl without ruining the fabric?
Go to Hobby Lobby, go to their fabrics department. They have a small bottle of stain remover... I don't remember what it's called, but there is a picture of an old lady on it. That stuff works miracles on any fabric.
